This post is just about what product i use when i wash my hair. I use both products together to have that maximum effect.
None of you know what my hair is really like.... It's a big messy ball of curls (unless i straighten it).
So if you look below you can see i use the L'Oreal Elvive Smooth Intense Shampoo and Conditioner and also the Dove Intense Repair Shampoo and Conditioner.
Firstly i will talk about packaging of all the products.
L'Oreal Elvive Shampoo (2nd Bottle). - The packaging is a clear orange 400ml bottle. I think it's good that it is clear, this makes you see how much Shampoo you have got left. As soon as you tip the bottle the liquid comes straight out so you don't have to do any squeezing because sometimes when you have wet hands the bottle will slide from your hands resulting in the bottle falling in the water and water going inside - which is not good -.
L'Oreal Elvive Conditioner (1st Bottle). - The bottle is not clear but when you put it towards the light you can slightly see how much you have got left which i think is really good. The bottles may be big but they ar every easy to grip aswell.
Dove Intense Repair Shampoo (4th Bottle) and Conditioner (3rd Bottle) - Both these bottles are a clear glossy plastic as you can see from the sheen on them from the flash of the camera. The shampoo bottle lid is on the top whilst the conditioner lid is on the bottom (where it stands). The lids both have the Dove logo on.
However, unlike the L'Oreal bottles you can't see the liquid through the plastic.
Both of the L'Oreal Products are Anti-Frizz which i definitely need for my wild hair.
They also both have Argan Oil and Thermo-Protect In which you would defiantly need if you straighten your hair or in some other cases curl it.
The Results of using these products (L'Oreal) are as follows;
- Hair 4x Smoother
- 48hr Anti-Frizz
- Silky Soft and Manageable Hair
These type of products are for ' Dry, Frizzy, Rebellious Hair' and should ' Nourish and Tame and also have Lasting Smoothness'
They both have a sweet smell which is nice. The Shampoo has a clear orange liquid which is slightly shiny. The conditioner has a orange thick liquid which easily applies in your hair.
Both of the Dove products are Intense Repair and are the size 250ml.
The Shampoo (Image Above) has fibre actives in it which reconstructs the hair and prevents split end damage. It makes brittle hair and split ends a things of the past and welcome back manageable, revitalised hair you'll love to show off.
The consistency of the Shampoo is really thick and creamy. It smells a bit like watermelon which is fantastic.
When you put it in your hair it makes an amazing lather and makes it pleasurable to put into your hair.
I would defiantly recommend this Shampoo so far.
The conditioner has micro moisture, serum and fibre actives in which reconstructs your hair from the inside. The smell of this is quite cocunutty - completely different to the Shampoo - and has the same effect as the Shampoo.
In this image you can see the L'Oreal liquid but as the Dove is white it is quite hard to pick up...
First there is the L'Oreal Shampoo then the Conditioner and then the Dove Shampoo then Conditioner.
All these products are around the £2 mark but may vary from where you get it from...
Have you tried these products?
What do you think?
Hope you liked it!
